Project Highlight

Interior Painting Highlight

We painted a total of 7 colors in this home. The sharp lines and vivid colors give this space a clean and classy vineyard feel. We also refinished these old wood faded cabinets and brought them back to life with a vivid lavender to tie in with the theme.

Exterior Painting Highlight

This massive home stretches to a 4 story balcony. We replaced quite a few deteriorating cedar shakes. We then proceeded to spray and back-roll two coats of oil base primer to penetrate, seal and protect the surface. After which, we recaulked the entire home. Then spray and back-rolled two coats of Sherwin-Williams Duration

Cabinet Refinishing Highlight

Elegant Kitchen Cabinet Refinish and Tile Backsplash. We sprayed all kitchen cabinet doors and boxes onsite in a bagged work space we created for an exquisite finish. We then installed a high end glass tile backsplash to finish off this elegant renovation project. We also painted all ceilings and walls in all areas adjacent.

Deck & Railing Highlight

Massive Deck Demo and Rebuilt. Demo old rotten 2nd story deck and stairs Pour concrete slab on ground floor Built 2nd story privacy deck with custom designed handcrafted railing and stairs to give homeowner privacy as they sunbathe on their new deck. Stain with graphite transparent oil to tie in with the dark exterior colors we painted on the house

Fencing Highlights

Solid Privacy Cedar Fence on Sequim Ave Roundabout Top quality cedar plank. 6X6 pressure treated lumber for posts and cap rails.
Custom designed double open gates for easy access. All materials sourced from a local supplier.

Remodeling

Complete redo on a woodsy high end vacation rental. We did a little of almost everything on this house. It’s a multiple stage project. First, we removed and re-framed interior walls to open the kitchen space, installed new flooring and new polished rock backsplash, installed tile
in the guest bathroom, and painted interior walls. Second stage, we installed a custom tile shower and floor in the primary bathroom. Third stage, we refinished the metal shop roof, painted the exterior of the house, and rebuilt the front porch. We are planning to do more in the future. This place was fun and made some great photos.
